Hey Guys! I'm looking for someone to complete my lease starting in the end of October going until the end of March. There is an option to renew and stay for another full year if you love the place (which you will!). The apartment is located off of Locust between 12th and 13th, so it is pretty much in the heart of all the action. Dozens of bars and restaurants are walking distance. The apartment is located on the third floor so it does have some window privacy. Its a full one bedroom with a HUGE living room and TONS of natural light during the day, making the electric bill essentially non-existent. There is a massive bay window in the bedroom that just looks beautiful when the sun in shining (Unfortunately I took the pictures at night). There are 5 full closets in the hallway and living room as well as two small closets built in to the wall in the bedroom next to a built in vanity. There is a full pantry in the kitchen in addition to the cabinets, so basically there is plenty of storage. Utilities are minimal. On site washer and dryer in the basement and built in AC. The unit is dog and cat friendly.
