Walk to great restaurants and breweries. We are close to the school, the hospital, the bike path and bus routes. Stateline and Heavenly are five minutes away. The unit was completely remodeled about six years ago. You enter to an open living room and kitchen area. Large windows let in a lot of light. There are beautiful slate floors, recessed lights on dimmers, blinds on all the windows and plenty of storage. The modern kitchen includes a garbage disposal, dishwasher and fridge. The master bedroom is large with a king bed, an electric fireplace and master bathroom featuring a walk in shower. The second bedrooom is also ample with a queen bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is a cozy fireplace for the winter and a whole house fan to keep it cool in the summer. There is a private laundry room.
