All maintenance is included (yard / water / A/C / Electrical, Structural) so you that don't have to worry about costly repairs or setbacks. I am looking for a tenant with clean credit (650+) who would be willing to undergo a background check and sign an official lease agreement (first/last/security) for a minimum of at least 1 year.
