The tile is original from the 1960's so there may be some imperfections. Kitchen has refrigerator, electric stove and microwave. Kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, cookware, and dishes to use. 1 Year Lease First month rent and deposit is due at signing of lease. Cabin is fully furnished and items cannot be removed. Tenant is responsible for any damages to the cabin or furniture. Parking is directly in front of the cabin. Rent is due on the first of each month. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the cabin.
