Water is available from campground from April to October but has external 250 gallon water tank with pump to provide water through December. Full bathroom with toilet and shower. Newer on demand water heater provides hot water and shower. Includes a queen size bunk bed, 2 single beds, pull out double bed, recliner, and recliner couch. Sleeps 5 with one per bed or 10 with two in some of the available beds. Also includes small refrigerator, microwave, portable stove top, grill, and coffee maker. Has covered deck with picnic table. Also includes an attached storage shed for treestands, hunting supplies, etc. The purchase also includes grill, TV, DVD/VCR and various household items.
