raised 3 fine sons in my home of over 35 yrs! the neighborhood is excellent...the schools are excellent! you can feel safe here! walk outside in the summer at 2am with no fear! everyone knows one another! they maintain their homes and property beautifully! north bellmore is 10 min away from jones beach! we are way past the possible flood zone of sunrise hghwy...i've never had a problem here! my home is well maintained with a southern exposure! i just replaced my central a/c system and cleaned and sanitized the duct work. my kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances and cherry cabinets! my bathrooms need renovation but are sound. my basement is a nice size but is not finished. i landscaped my own property with many beautiful trees and a perrenial garden with flowers blooming every season! i just had my tree guy trim back my trees to shape and remove any overhanging branches. there is a small brick patio on the east side of my home and a larger grassy area on the west side. it is a corner property, so the area behind the house is narrow. if you have a young family and are looking for a forever home for them, you have come to the right place!
