Our home was built by my husband and I in 1993 on family owned land. Our home has 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom are located at the rear or back of the house. The master bathroom has a double sink/cabinet, toilet, large jetted tub and a large closet for towels, linens, bedding, etc. The other 2 bedrooms and second bathroom are located down the hallway to the front and center of the home. The second bathroom has a bath/shower unit, toilet and single sink/cabinet with a new slate tile floor. The laundry room is located at the end of the hall and has vinyl tile. We have a washer and dryer with overhead cabinet space located in this area. The attached 2 car garage is accessible via a doorway at the end of the hall. As you enter our home, you can walk directly into our kitchen which has a cute breakfast nook. The cabinets and laminate floor are walnut. The counter tops are black and white marbled formica. The floor could probably be replaced There is some wear. The house was built in 1993. As you leave the kitchen, you enter the family room which has a dining nook. There is a gas log fireplace in this room. There are french doors leading to a deck on the back side of the house. The deck could also use some work and the french doors may need to be replaced. The plate at the foot of the door is wearing away after all these years. The rest of the flooring not mentioned in the home is Berber carpet. Again, we are currently fine with our carpet but now that we are considering selling, we can see small areas that have been snagged or maybe unraveled. It is certainly not an emergency for anyone who needs a home that is ready to move into. The exterior of the home is brick and clay (tan) toned vinyl siding. In addition to the attached 2 car garage, we have a separate 3 car garage/workshop with matching exterior. Both garage floors are standard concrete. Both small entrance doors to either garage may need to eventually be replaced due to weathering. The large automatic garage doors are fine. We have a large yard of almost 2 acres.
