Log cabin two bedrooms and two baths in Crestline. The kitchen was remodeled modern in 2023. It has new cabinets and plenty of counters tops. It comes with a dishwasher and a refrigerator. The living room has a gas fireplace. The bathrooms have new vanity's. There is a washer and dryer in the cabin. . There is a linen closet and storage closet in the living area, each are behind barn doors as well. Their cabin is unfurnished There is a large deck out front. There are two ways you can get to the house. First, you can walk up the stairs from the driveway. Secondly, there is a turnout above the house and you can walk down the stairs. It is an easy walk for those Costco shopping trips. You can also park up top continuously if you'd like. A pet will be considered. There is an additional $350 deposit. $50 a month. We do have a mother in law suite down stairs with no connecting doors or windows. We have a wonderful renter. This is a wonderful town to live in with lots of things to do all year round. Winter is absolutely beautiful on the mountain. There are little antique shops and specialty shops on Lake Drive and in Top Town. Lake Gregory waterpark is a mile down the road. You must fill out an application before the property will be shown. Zillow's application is fine. It's $35 and you can use it for every house you're looking into renting. No evictions of bankruptcy please. Credit scores 600+. Referrals are a must. We are looking for long term renter of a year minimum. January 15th is a desired move in date.
