The shed and basement can also serve as additional storage. Uncovered, off street parking is comfortable fro 2-3 vehicles. There is a wall mounted heat pump unit for heating and cooling the downstairs. Window air conditioning units are available. The furnace provides whole house heat. A large lawn and mature trees give the property an tranquil and private feeling. The outside has a comfortable front porch, and a small backyard patio with a dining set, grill and fire pit.
