Hi Everyone! There is a 1br/1ba available in a 2br/2ba apartment starting March 1st (but flexible). This is the master bedroom so the bathroom is attached to the bedroom for privacy! The living/dining and kitchen are shared. Rent is $740/month (from the month of March- July) + utilities (approximately $150 but can be lower). The Rent will go up to $840/month if the tenant would want to stay to sign a new lease (which is August 1st). The Ponds of Georgetown is relatively close to Umich (~10 min drive) and right in front of a bus stop for your convenience. There is a pool and small gym to enjoy as well (once it opens up due to covid). They are fairly responsive to work order requests (I've never had a problem). Have a car? No problem! There is free parking in front of the apartment. Laundry? Washer/dryer in unit! You would be roommates with a male and he's pretty chill and flexible.
