Diningroom and family room come off the kitchen then you have the living room and florida room off the front. Both bedrooms are in the back of the unit with one bath in the master. Great open floor plan with light colors. Air conditoner replace in 2007, still under warranty. Needs TLC but well worth the price. Lanai on the east side of the home is great for morning coffee, or put the vinyl windows in for a weather proof room. Great property for someone with vision. Owner says to make an offer.
