I am a licensed real estate agent and co-own this condo. NO LAND LEASE ON THIS END UNIT. - There is no land lease associated with this unit, which is not the case for many condos at Hill Crest. The land lease varies per building (most are around $100/month). You own the land with this condo, so NO MONTHLY LEASE FEE...BIG difference. 1 Bedroom, 1 bath with a finished Florida room. We bought this condo in 2011. At that point it was gutted out and almost everything was replaced, including carpet, paint, toilet, kitchen cabinets & sink, AC compressor and air handler and finished the Florida room w/AC. Since then it has been used just a few weeks each year as a vacation retreat for family. So basically everything is new, lucky you! No pets have been in this unit since we owned it.
