Have fun with the whole family or enjoy the space for yourself or a couple. Our furnished home is available to rent for optional 6 or 12 month lease. The master bathroom boasts his and her sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a two person walk-in shower in the bathroom. The open floor plan moving from the fireplace and dining room, to the kitchen and family room, have touches of art, nature and wood. Feel free to cook your heart out with the stocked kitchenware and enjoy streaming films on the 70" LG 4K TV in the living room, 60" in the basement by the workout/yoga area, or the 55" in the master bedroom. There are also two offices, a laundry room, and ample parking in the driveway or garage. There is a large deck, backyard, and bonfire pit. Please note that we back up to a busy road so there may be traffic noise outside, though it is quiet inside. Our hope is that you will feel peaceful and elevated in your new light-filled home away from home. We will only consider clean, respectful renters with great references, who will treat our home with utmost care and respect. No parties, events, no smoking of any kind, and no shoes. The pool is closed and winterized mid September through May. Tenant will pay a nonrefundable $450 cleaning fee. Tenant shall also be responsible for wifi, natural gas, electricity and all utilities. If renting during summer months, tenant also pays all pool costs and maintenance.
