    Small studio apartment 2 blocks from the beach in the desirable Old Town area NORTH of the pier! Landlord pays electric, gas, trash, and water. The unit is well maintained but has NO KITCHEN but does include a mini-refrigerator/freezer and microwave; the murphy bed in the picture has been removed. Tenants may use the laundry room (TENANTS ONLY) but must maintain the washer & dryer themselves. The property consists of a one-story house in the front, with a separate two-story, 3-unit building in the back. The unit for rent is connected to the back of the front house, adjacent to the patio (City permitted as En Suite). To move-in I'll need $2,500 (1st months rent $1,250 + $1,250 refundable security deposit). After I approve your credit report, I'll need a non-refundable direct-deposit (Zelle, or similar cash deposit) for $1,250 to take the unit off the market, the balance of $1,250 will be due BEFORE move-in; unit square footage is under 300 sf. This is a 2-YEAR LEASE. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED - DO NOT DISTURB TENANTS. 2 year lease. Owner pays ALL utilities, and tenant may use the washer & dryer but must maintain them (for tenants only). No pets allowed. Parking permits are available at Seal Beach City Hall for $20 per year.
