New roof, added gutters with screen, removed all linoleum and put tile in kitchen, both bathrooms, laundry/mud room and hallways. 42 inch kitchen cabinets. Removed carpets (except the two guest rooms) and put in wood laminate in office, dining room, master bedroom and enlarged family room (removed eat in kitchen). Added pavers with walk way from one gate to the backyard with fire pit and raised garden. Plantation shutters all through the house. and raised garden with built in lights. Enlarged the second gate to allow room for large equipment such as riding lawn mowers, etc. Put back splash around kitchen on 4 walls and around fireplace. Added new tile at base of fireplace. Put in an 80 gallon pump under pavers to remove water when storms and hurricanes hit. Added small pond in the front side garden. New A/C/ heating unit. House repainted in the last 4 years.
