Incredible location in one of Long Beach's finest neighborhoods. It represents the best of all worlds being only 1 long block away from Belmont Shore and it's fun 2nd street shops and restaurants, but it is not in the midst of the Shore's density. It has wide streets, bigger lot, less traffic from 2nd St. Surrounded by multi-millon dollar homes, it is a great value for the quality of the homes updates and the wonderful 1930's charm and architecture. It is really the perfect location. Great schools, all distinguished and close. It is a fun, walkable place to live by the sea but the peace and privacy of Belmont Heights.
