There is a rear porch/patio under roof at the back of the house that opens up to a large back yard with lots of room for outdoor recreation, and detatched garage which is currently used for storage only. Shared driveway access is not currently available, so parking is on the street in front of the house. The second floor has three rooms which may be used to best meet tenants' needs as bedrooms, in-home office space, craft rooms, playrooms, additional storage, etc., as well as a full bathroom with a tub/shower unit. The stairwell and second floor rooms will be freshly painted and recarpeted. Landlord pays for water, sewer and garbage charges; Tenant is responsible for natural gas, electric and internet utilities. Tenant is responsible for lawn care and snow removal unless otherwise negotiated with Landlord for additional fees. There is a one-year lease term to start.
