We have a tiny house for rent. This house has a loft that holds a queen-sized bed. There is a full-sized refrigerator, a two-burner gas stove, a microwave and a toaster oven in the kitchen. There is a private outside area for you to enjoy, with patio furniture already in place. Pets are welcome, as long as they don't interfere with the other animals. We have dogs, cats, chickens, bunnies and guinea pigs. You must love cats as one of our cats likes to hang out in the tiny house. If you are one who likes to throw loud parties, this is not the property for you. Small gatherings in the yard are welcome. The rent is $1500 a month. One person only. This includes all utilities electric, gas, water, sewer, garbage and internet. We do not have cable tv. Parking is on street and not a problem. To move in, we need first month's rent and a security deposit that matches the rent. The space is available now and can be pro-rated. All Utilities except cable included.
