We lived there for more than 25 years and loved it. A lot of the residents have been there for longer than that. The perfect tenant is one who is looking for a new home for the long run and will respect our neighbors and friends the way we did for all these years. Sorry no dogs. Owner pays for water and trash. The only bills the tenant will have to take care of will be DWP and Spectrum (not mandatory). Spectrum equipment already hooked up. Just need to call them.
