This apartment is a property owned by Buckeye Real Estate. The building is taken care of very well and the apartment itself is awesome. It's definitely worth the price. Laundry machines are included, each bathroom has a toilet, shower, and sink, and the kitchen comes with a dishwasher, stove, oven, and refrigerator. All utilities are separate. My roommate and I pay about $200 a month for gas, electric, water, and cable. The location is also nice. In a very quiet area, but still relatively close to campus if you're a student (about a ten-minute walk to campus). There is a parking lot and two spaces come with the lease, but you have to pay for a year-long pass. However, parking is almost always available on W. Thompkins St. right outside. (RLNE2079719)
