The kitchen and the remainder of the house has beautiful and durable ceramic tile floors. You can enjoy some wonderful family meals here. The dining room table seats 8 and the adjacent dinette seats 4. The bedrooms continue the rustic theme with beautiful hand carved beds and dressers in the two larger bedrooms. The small bedrooms are equipped with twin / full bunk beds which will delight the younger members of your family. Now, about those furry members of your family. I know how important they are to you and if they are well behaved, non destructive and if you as their master make sure they leave no evidence behind (poop, accidents, fur... then they can be welcome also. Just make sure that you notify me when you make your reservation and that you pay the pet fee. Outside you will find a two car garage, but I don't think you can actually fit two cars in it because of the shelves and workbench on the sides. There is plenty of off street parking for all of your friends and family! The front porch has a ADA compliant ramp and all the doors in the house are nice and wide. The master bathroom and shower have grab bars. The back porch has a table and chairs and is a great place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The back of the lot has a nice greenbelt area and I own the lot next door so you have some nice open spaces around you to enjoy. Congratulations on planning your vacation to Pagosa Springs.
