    I will have a room available at the end of June in a newly-renovated, ground-level condo right next to Tecolote Canyon. The room dimensions are 9ft x 11ft with a 5ft x 5ft walk-in closet. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the condo is furnished. There are 1.5 bathrooms, so each of us would have our own toilet and sink, and we would share the shower/bathtub. There is heat but no AC. There is a dedicated parking spot for you right next to the condo and plenty of guest parking. I have a little space available in the shed outside for storage. I've shared the third bedroom with my previous housemate as an office/music room, and I'm open to discussing other ideas for shared use of that room. The condo complex is beautiful with amazing green spaces, a walking path, picnic tables, benches, a pool, and a playground. My lease is month-to-month, and my landlord requires any new tenants to apply and qualify, so your name would be added to the lease. I am open to living together for any amount of time. I love living here and have no plans to move out. No smoking, no pets. I am vegetarian, and I prefer that that no meat is cooked in the condo. If you would like to cook meat, I would ask that you use your own cookware. I like to deep clean every month and spot clean in between, and I would expect that we both help with the cleaning.
