Looking for long term tenant, 3 year lease minimum, non-negotiable. Security deposit and first months rent due at signing. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. No section 8. $20 non-refundable app fee, zillow app not accepted. Background checks and credit checks will be performed. Must provide two months proof of income and copies of drivers licenses for anyone on the lease. Due to covid, the app must be completed during the hours of the open house. You will not be able to turn it into the office because customers are not allowed in.
