Each bedroom has fresh comfortable linens and natural lighting with great views of the forest. The bathroom is clean and comes with a washer/dryer for our guest that choose to stay for a long haul. Outside there is a quaint path through the forest that leads you to your private dock with canoe and fire pit. The cottage boasts some of the best sunsets. This a a tight knit community/space and there are always lake friends around to share a good time with. Whole house access. There is a private driveway and two entrances into the home with a balcony overlooking the lake. Other things to note: This location is on a nature preserve with over 70 acres of untouched Maine wilderness. The home itself is in a quiet but easily accessible neighborhood right next to a babbling brook. The home comes with everything you would need for a fun family stay, a romantic getaway or a solo work trip. There is no smoking on the property. Owners will pay for water, plowing, and trash removal. Tenants pay for electric, propane and $50 for internet. The space comes with a private dock and free use of a canoe. The lease runs from June 2026 to June 2027.
