This is a long-term co-living setup with clear house rules emphasizing respect, timely rent payments, and personal responsibility. No smoking inside, no heavy drinking, or late payments is tolerated. Tenants will be required to sign a one-year lease and pass a very basic screening/background check. Landlord will go over the qualifications with you once you contact them. Every tenant is subject to following house rules and regulations upon approval.
