Very nice spacious. Lots of space inside and outside. Large nice kitchen with oven, gas-top and ready to cook. Nice views. Fixed utility bill of $150/month includes high-speed internet, water, sewer, natural gas, electricity, and garbage removal. I am looking for one year lease but will negotiate other options. I will also consider renting unfurnished.
