Room Sublet in Jamaica Plain July-August I'm looking someone to sublet my room for the full July and August. It is a private, sunny and very spacious room, in a cozy house shared with one person (graduate student, really quiet and respectable in his 30s). The house is equipped and clean. The living room is quite empty now, so feel free to put your stuff there. The room is furnished with a large TV. It's a two minutes walk away from the bus stop and T. Near the main center of Jamaica Plain with various shops around the neighborhood. A Whole Foods within five minute walk and a variety of pubs nice restaurants. Jamaica Pond is also in walking distance. The rent is $1,200 all bills included. The full rent has to be paid upfront plus $200 insurance which will be returned after the end of the contract. Street parking available.
