The neighbors are quiet and you have a porch view of trees instead of the street. Both bathrooms have a full bathtub/shower. The kitchen has new quartz countertops. No pet fees but there's a max of 2 allowed. Washer/dryer are in unit. Parking is $45 a month but there's lots of outdoor parking and no restrictions on visitors parking overnight. A bus stop that goes to Epic is on the main road right outside the complex. The apartment complex pays for water. The renter is responsible for electricity and internet payments. Rent is due on or before the first day of each month. This is a no-smoking community.
