Great location in Auburndale near Walmart US/92. The lot rent here is $1,025 a month and will need to be approved by the mobile park which is not hard at all. It's a mobile park for all ages. Mobile home is a 2 Bedroom and 1 & 1/2 bathroom which is inside the second smaller bedroom. The full bathroom is right near the larger bedroom. This mobile home held up very good when Hurricane Milton came along so I know it's a very strong foundation, also has the roof which is only 2-3 years old by prior owner. No flooding in the park, friendly neighborhood had no issues whatsoever in here. Has a huge front porch that splits into 2. Would like to make it available for January. I'm negotiable with the price. I just lowered it to $12,500 since im trying to leave by January. Have the title in hand.
