TV with cable ( ESPN and some of the good channels). Wifi and direct internet. Walk-in closet. Large kitchen area with microwave over oven. Exhaust fan for cooking. Newly redone bathroom. Small fridge and no dishwasher. The unit looks out over the back yard and three tall redwood trees. The unit faces an outdoor patio with four chairs around a fire pit and a BBQ grill. In the same backyard is a new hot tub with shared access. Plenty of street parking. Three block walk to Wholefoods, shops and restaurants. Access to the laundry room. Month to Month. The unit is underneath the main house, so you can hear footsteps when we are home (dad,15-year-old daughter, and a cat). Indoor cat, ok, but please, no dogs. All utilities included (electricity, heat, cable TV, internet, water and trash. I usually do this as a month-to-month lease to see if it works out for both of us. I just finished installing new tiles in the kitchen and a microwave exhaust fan over the stove. The space is best suited for a single individual vs. a couple. I like to start with a three month commitment and then go month to month as we both live in the building and I want to make sure both of us are happy.
