The country setting and view from the deck are both peaceful and relaxing. The clubhouse with seating for 60 has a stone fireplace, full kitchen a game room for any family get together you may have in mind for the summer months after a refreshing dip in the pool or quick game of tennis on the two courts. In the early evening with a view of the setting sun back home enjoy the fireplace and full wall of windows allows enjoying the view of the pond,the sound of birds and the gentle cooling mountain breezes. In the summer due to the easy access to the condo on first floor there is no need for AC since the clean mountain air at the condo's 2,000 foot elevation provides all the cooling you will need and in the colder months you will find the bank of SW facing windows in the living room provides significant passive solar heating. The master bedroom comes furnished with a queen sized bed dresser and night stand and double closet. It has an enjoining full bath and shower. The guest bedroom is served by a full bath and tub in the hall.Both bedrooms come with their own TV.There is about 1000 additional square feet of storage with 8 feet of headroom beneath the condo for storage that is bone dry 12 months out of the year. There is ample parking for you and your guests. The HOA fee is $250 per month.The HOA fees covers plowing, landscaping, full maintenance of the building, clubhouse, cleaning of the pool daily in the summer and maintenance of the roadways and excellent plowing of snow in the parking areas, driveway and shoveling of snow right up to the front door of my condo. Taxes are $1600 per year. Renting for a whole season may help pay for this vacation condo. I have a great documented rental history to view. My electric bill is about $60-75 per month in the warmer months and about $100 during the winter. I have past bills to view. My Dish internet and television service for the included three TV's is excellent. My price is flexible and will consider all offers.
