Go up the stairs and you will find the cozy, light-filled bedroom on the left. Go right at the top of the stairs and you will find the small bathroom straight ahead with a standup shower (great water pressure), toilet and tiny sink. Keep exploring through the doorway next to the bathroom and you will find a well appointed, large living room with two very comfortable white couches. There are a few personal touches and plants that give the space some character and show the true personality of this space. Next, you will find the eat-in kitchen with full fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, oven, electric stovetop, sink, dish rack, garbage bins, closet and table for four. There are smoke/carbon monoxide detectors throughout, fire extinguisher under kitchen sink, ceiling fans in all rooms, and an A/C unit available upon request. Neighborhood overview: Keep it simple at this peaceful little oasis located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all the fun stuff! We are a 5 min drive to beautiful beaches at Hammonassett State Park, a 6 min drive to Chamard Vineyards and close to many other lovely bars/restaurants.
