We started a small off grid house, but I'm unable to finish it due to medical issues. House has a small solar system with 2 panels, 3 batteries, and a 5000 watt inverter. Heat is wood stove. Main building is 12x32. I started to frame the bathroom but can't finish it. There is a new tub and new toilet that aren't installed yet. The shed is an 8x12. Both buildings are 3 years old. The land around the buildings needs some more water diversion. There is no well or septic so water has to be hauled and a septic installed. This was going to be our last home, but life changes plans sometimes. I'm asking 50k. I AM ABSOLUTELY OPEN TO NEGOTIATION!!! I must sell this place so I'm motivated.
