We are looking for a tenant to move in to the house we rent at 25 South Washington St in Shippensburg starting December 9th. 4-5 bedrooms (3 upstairs, 1-2 downstairs, we made the second downstairs room into a living room instead). 2 full bathrooms one on each floor. Long back yard with shed, picnic table, and grill that stays with the property and available for your use. Off street parking in back enough for at least 3 cars if not more. Front has a small porch and small front yard and on street parking. We will also leave our washer & dryer for free (works fine-just don t need them where we re moving) if you d like them, if not we will haul them away before move in. $950/month for rent plus cost of utilities. Pet friendly on a case by case basis determined by owner. Gas heat, runs us about $20 in the summer months and our last December bill was around $80 keeping the house between 72-74 degrees. The lease goes until the end May 2019 with option to renew for another year or longer. Landlord would require first months rent and security deposit equal to one months rent due at signing and would require an application through them (i360 rentals).
