We are a family of three looking for the right tenant. Our last tenant was with us for 3 years and would tell you we are kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any issue. At the same time give you lots of space and privacy. I will be scheduling tours the week of Sept 5th. New washer and dryer units in the apartment. Tenant pays their own utilities, cable, WiFi. Rental is month to month and we ask a months notice. We are happy to have you stay as long as you like (longer the better) we just want to be kept in the loop. Our family lives next door on the property, we are quiet homebodies who go on adventures here and there. We do have a border collie who will be fenced separate from your yard. He does bark at passers occasionally but is quite loving. The view is beautiful, you will have your own yard. We have a fire pit over looking the tobacco root mountains, in appropriate weather/fire restrictions you are welcome to use it. Pets ok limit to one. There is a pet charge of $25/mo and a $100 additional deposit.
