Home is 1/4 mile from the green in central New Milford. Walk to town is very easy. New appliances are fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and water heater. Plumbing was checked May 2009 and is clear of any possible blockages/leaks. The basement is great for kids. There is a corner entertainment unit with extra outlets for a gaming area.
