(The ground floor is a garage is currently being used as owner storage.) It is a very quiet neighborhood with very little street traffic. There are not stores or good public transportation within walking distance. If you will have a car, it's better, easy parking. It's located up on a hill with lovely views, very clean quiet neighborhood, plenty of street parking. Gorgeous kitchen with high-end induction stove (everyone LOVES cooking on this stove!) and marble counters. Formal dining room. Huge eat in kitchen island. 2 living rooms. 4 good size bedrooms. 2 full baths upstairs with bedrooms. Half bathroom is on main floor near kitchen.
