It also has two sliding door windows with access to balconies: one facing the San Gabriel Mountains, the other facing the center of the complex. There is a ceiling fan for the summer days. The shared space - living room, kitchen, and dining room, are shared with two professionals in their late 20s. There is a TV, refrigerator, dishwasher, 6 top gas stove and oven, and an extendable dinner table to host more guests. There is ample parking within the complex with 5 spots; no need to worry about parking! The neighbors are nice and care about the overall living environment and community. Non-smoker is preferred. Parking is available within the complex's 5 guest parking spots. Renter is welcome to interact with the two people living at the condo. They both work from home on the second floor. Mobility and ease to go up and down 3-4 flights of stairs is necessary. There are social gathering from time to time for game nights or dinner parties, renter is welcome to join and/or host gatherings as well. Please be respectful of shared spaces and wash/clean as needed. No outside shoes in the condo. Renter can use the onsite washer and dryer.
