Long term (15 months min) on a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment at 250 Caroline St, WALKING DISTANCE to Downtown Saratoga as well as the track, we are relocating... $1295/month and it includes heat. I was paying about $30/month for electric. It is a 2 level apartment. Main level has the living room, 1 bedroom, kitchen and bath and the big bedroom sits by itself a floor up. Really cozy, warm in the winter, hardwood floors/tile. Plenty of parking in the private parking lot. If you are looking for a short term place while you are building or looking for a long term lease- you can sign for 15 months if you want starting Jan 1st or renew for a year in May 2018- landlord wants to start and end his leases in the spring/ summer months. Sorry, no pets allowed and the apartment has 2 flights of stairs all together. Thank you. Heat is included in the rent. Landlord pays for trash, snow removal, lawn mowing, outside maintenance. Plenty of off street parking in private parking lot. 5 min walking distance to main entrance at the track. Laundry on site.
