The Hodgson Drive house is .09 miles to St. Mary's, .07 to Piedmont, .09 to UGA's Health & Sciences campus, 1.5 miles to downtown and 1 mile to Prince Ave where there are many restaurants, shops and bars. The main floor has a lot natural light and a large living room that flows into the dining room and kitchen. The main floor has real hardwood floors. All 3 bedrooms are on the second floor.
