Unit size is a cool 850 sq.ft. offering a very comfortable living space for any occupant. Family owners live in the same building. Water is included in the rent. Hydro which includes both heating and cooling is payable at the end of the month after I receive the bill from Toronto Hydro. Parking in the underground garage is available monthly at a nominal charge or whenever needed by the day. The security deposit is refunded in full at the end of the lease if no serious damage has occurred. Refunding what is rightfully owed has never been an issue in the 25 years of renting this property. Non-smokers would be preferred but light tobacco users are acceptable. Pets are not allowed as per building regulations. Barring any ongoing repairs that require parts I am still looking for, the apartment is always in a pristine and very hygienic condition whenever it is rented. Prospective tenants are kindly requested to maintain at least a minimum level of cleanliness despite their busy schedules. This will ensure a healthy living environment for themselves and a faster turnaround when they leave.
