I'm looking for someone who is clean/tidy, respectful, easy-going, and ideally a working professional in their 20s. The apartment is located at 250 King St. with easy access to public transportation (right next to the CalTrain station, N and T Muni Lines). Oracle Park is just a 4 minute walk away, with plenty of bars and lively night-life. The apartment is above a Safeway, with Whole Foods and Target walking distance away as well. The room is available starting May 18th for a one-year lease, and I am looking to fill this room by June 1st at the latest. The rent for the master bedroom is $2,500 per month plus utilities, which includes PG&E and internet. Water and garbage are included in the rent. *Note: The Apartment is UNFURNISHED.
