This unit has fairly recently had an entire kitchen renovation which includes granite counters. Also, the larger bedroom has a walk-in closest. This unit is on the top(third) floor so you won't have to worry about neighbors above you. The most common deal-breaker I run into is having past due bills or debts in collection. The second most common is having violent crime or theft in their criminal history. If you have either of these, please save your application fee($40 per adult) for another apaartment. Another deal-breaker is if you call my cell phone before emailing me. Do not ask how much the rent or security deposit will be... You should be prepared with that information prior to communicating with me. The lease agreement is for six(6) months and automatically transfers to a month-to-month afterward. To apply there is a $40 application fee per adult. This application fee non-refundable once the background check has been run, however, we use a third-party screening service so we do not receive any portion of your application fee. Do not apply on Zillow. There is a pet fee of $400 and a pet rent of $25 per month per pet. Utilities are included in the rental price, except for electric. This sevice should be set up promptly after move in by the new tenant
