Considering the high demand for these units, I would consider starting the application as soon as possible. You can start and resume your application at a later date. My suggestion is to fill out the online application and stop at the credit card information until you have had a chance to view the apartment. There are two units currently available with more likely in the next 3 or 4 months. So even though there is a high demand for these units the supply at this current moment is higher than usual. I hope this gives you more confidence that one of these units could become your new home. :D Water, sewer, garbage, and recycling are included in rent. Electricity is set up with the local electric company. $40 applications fee per adult which checks background and credit. Please recognize we do not rent to people with large sums in collections, exceeding $500, nor do we rent to those with a criminal history. If you have either of these and are seriously interested be upfront with your past. The Pet fee is $300 plus a $50 pet rent per pet. Our parking lot is assigned parking and is strictly enforced. Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles will be towed without further warnings. The first parking spot fee is $50 and the second parking spot fee is $100. For two parking spots, the total is $150 and we do not offer a third spot to residents. Visitors must only be parked at a maximum of 24 hours or they will also be towed.
