The space feels very large and the best part is my first floor absolutely huge deck, 31 feet x 8 feet. I park my car in front and it is only a few steps to enter my apartment through the sliding glass door which makes carrying items into the house way easier. I also have a garage space for inclement weather. I feel as if I am in a townhouse instead of an apartment. The deck is South facing so it is very warm in the winter and delightful to barbecue, read a book, etc. I have the largest deck on the property. The South facing large sliding glass door lets tons of sunlight into the apartment. Also, the apartment has the space of a 3 bedroom plus an office. The large master can fit 2 king size beds with plenty of room in between for large long dressers, chairs, etc. A divider wall can be put between the spaces if privacy is needed. The 3rd bedroom is private because it is on the other side of the apartment. The rent is $300 lower than the rate right now for the same apartment. My appliances are new and the apartment is in great shape. I need to move because of my job. The apartments that I am looking at now even though 500 sq ft larger fit the same amount of furniture.
