We have a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house with a large yard and lots of shade. The rent is 800 a month with a deposit of 800. The deposit can be split in two payments and added to the 1st and 2nd months rent. No indoor pets allowed. It is an older home and it is cooled by ac units. Appliances are NOT included. There are NO washer/dryer connections. A rental application is required and the application fee is $10 per adult. Potential tenants must have the following (bring to the open house): 1. verifiable income of $2400/monthly and a history of consistent employment. (3 months of check stubs and/or 2019/2020 income tax; I will call your employer to verify employment longevity) 2. good rental history (pay on time, every time, and is clean)
