Apartment sublet available for spring of next year, end of Jan-end of April, and require a minimum 90-day lease to start. I am taking a course in Columbus, Ohio for the semester and have a beautifully furnished apartment available to co-lease! The apartment is in the Broadway Place Apartment complex at 250 W Broadway, walkable to the library, Hult Center, music, theater and lots of restaurants, and Spencer's Butte park along the river. Its about a 25 min walk or 7 minute drive to the UO. There is a carpeted bedroom with high queen bed, down bedding and a large walk-in closet, which half of will be free to use. The kitchen has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, pots/pans, silverware etc. Bathroom has a tub and shower and washer dryer. The living room has a small dining area, a comfy couch and two massage seat backs, one at the oversized desk by the window and a Google Home. Everything needed will stay with the apartment during the sublet and I require a $300 deposit for my personal items. There is also a small patio with table and chairs and a bunch of potted plants and a fountain just outside. The grounds inside the complex are also beautiful and very quiet, being downtown. I do not own a pet but the apartment has had pets and up to 2 pets are allowed with an additional fee. Parking in the garage below is $60 additionally (you can also park a block away on the street) and wifi ($45/mo) and electric (heat, stove, etc) are the only other costs. You would need to apply with the manager and be approved and on the lease together, and we would have a written roommate agreement regarding length of stay, etc. No smoking (anything) is allowed in the apartment or grounds.
