Smoking of any substance including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, or cannabis is prohibited inside the unit and within 25 feet of any entrance, window, or ventilation opening. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and may result in immediate lease termination. No Pets Policy No animals, pets, or livestock of any kind are permitted on the premises at any time. This includes temporary or visiting animals. Any unauthorized animal will be considered a lease violation and may result in immediate lease termination and deposit forfeiture. No Short-Term Subletting The tenant may not sublet the property or any portion of it, including listing it on Airbnb, VRBO, or any other short-term rental platform. Guests staying more than 14 consecutive days must be approved in writing by the landlord. Occupancy Only individuals listed on the lease agreement are permitted to reside in the property. Any change in occupants must be approved in writing by the landlord prior to the new occupant moving in. Noise & Nuisance Tenant agrees to maintain reasonable noise levels at all times and to be respectful of neighboring units. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise, disturbances, or illegal activity are grounds for lease termination.
