Part of your rent includes water, sewer and trash. We also take care of the landscaping and snow removal of the sidewalks and the lot as a whole. All you pay for is electric and your cable/internet. Owner pays for landscaping, pest control, snow removal, and cleaning of the property and the buildings. Water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. Renter has to pay for electricity, internet/cable. We have a no pet policy and would prefer if renters smoked outside. We can do 6 months to 12 months leases.
