It's right next to Food Lion and Walmart, making it a very convenient location. Looking to purchase a house otherwise I would stay in the apartment. The apartment has two bedrooms and two baths with an open floor plan between the kitchen/eating area and the family room. It comes with a washer and dryer as well as a balcony over looking the pool. Additionally, there is a storage closet on the balcony and if you feel like you need more space additional storage areas can be added to the rent as well as a garage. I am also willing to sell some of the furniture already in the apartment if you are interested. You can take over the lease at any point in time. If you do, it will automatically expire in November of this year, but you can release for 6, 12, or 14 months. Currently the rent is $911 a month which includes garbage disposal.
